Collection Officers
We are seeking qualified candidates who are ambitious and results oriented. Our collectors enjoy a diverse client portfolio, a fast-paced professional environment and unlimited advancement opportunity. Our ideal candidate has experience in 3rd party collections and a good understanding of acceptable collection practices. If you do not have experience in collections, other backgrounds that lead to success in our company are retail sales, telemarketing and telephone customer service. Compensation is based on a combination of salary and commissions.

Trace Officers
If you are inquisitive by nature and enjoy working over the telephone, a career in trace might be for you. Trace involves looking for people who owe money to a creditor, have changed address or phone number without providing a notice of change. Previous experience is a definite asset but we are also looking for people who have investigation, telemarketing and customer service experience. All work is preformed over the telephone and internet. Excellent communication and computer skills are necessary. Compensation is based on a combination of salary and bonuses.

Call Centre Representatives
Total Credit Recovery performs call centre operations for a variety of clients. This position is an excellent opportunity for those who have had some call centre or customer service experience. We are looking people who have a pleasant, friendly phone manor and excellent verbal communication skills. Fluency in other languages is a definite asset. Both Full and Part time positions are available as well as morning and afternoon shifts. No sales or marketing are involved with these positions. Wages rates for these positions range from $10-$14 per hour.

Customer Service Representatives
Total Credit Recovery provides complete Customer Service solutions for our clients. We are seeking friendly, outgoing individuals with a strong commitment to quality customer service. The successful applicants will be responsible making contact with customers to remind them of over-due balances, collect outstanding balances, answer any questions about customer’s accounts and working to ensuring that customers remain in good standing with our client. We are looking for people with excellent verbal communication skills and a background in customer service. Both morning and afternoon shifts available. Wage rates for these positions range from $10-$12per hour.
