Training
TCR's commitment to training and staff development ensures superior results
and a professional service for our clients. We maintain full time training
staff and have several classrooms dedicated to training in our Toronto
facility. In partnership with Centennial Community College, Total Credit
Recovery's "Professional Collection Officer Training Course" for Collection
and Trace Officers' training has been substantially enhanced and re-written
by professional curriculum writers.
This training program has been developed for
national application for all of Total Credit Recovery's new employees.
The training course has been expanded from its initial focus on legislation
and technical training to also include service quality perspectives, understanding
credit and credit counseling issues around indebtedness, various money
vehicles, and the importance of effective communications.
Written exams are required for new collection, call centre and trace
agents that we recruit and train through our partnership with Centennial
College. TCR runs ongoing recruitment programs with the College on a monthly
basis, and we offer the only formal company/community college certificate
program for collections and trace in Canada.
