TCR has had a long history in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.

The physical security systems in our head office are unparalleled in the industry. In order to protect out clients and their confidential information, our systems have been upgraded to include a biometrics entrance and control system, a comprehensive monitoring system for staff and facility protection for a 7/24 environment, and a Canadian Corp of Commissionaire presence to assist in reception and protection services.

To aid in dispute resolution, all calls into our head office are recorded and stored for an extended period.
