About Us

Total Credit Recovery Limited (TCR) is a highly successful Canadian corporation specializing in accounts receivable management, collections and call centre services.

TCR was founded in 1980 in Toronto, with the objective to develop and expand as a national supplier of accounts receivable management and collection services to major credit grantors across North America. To fulfill this mandate, branch offices serving North America are located in Vancouver, Edmonton, Toronto, Montreal, Moncton, Halifax and Ottawa. TCR is licensed to conduct collection activities in all provinces and territories, as well as 50 U.S. States.

The strength of our corporation is in our dedicated staff of over 450 employees, security cleared to the enhanced Federal Government Standards level. We have a rigorous screening and training program in place for employees to ensure the right person for the right job. We are committed to providing service and results that are of the highest standards in the industry. These high standards have translated into ever increasing placements of business by our clients.

Our new 63,000 sq. ft. head office is a state of the art facility that is an important factor in our ability to attract and retain quality personnel, which is the key to providing exceptional service to our clients.

TCR recognizes the multilingual nature of the industry, and the need to have a diversified language pool for both Collection and Trace Officers. Currently, TCR has the in-house capabilities of communicating in 24 different languages.
